The Children's Ministry team is committed to work in partnership with parents in creating a spiritual foundation for children. So that in God's timing, children will choose a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
Sunday morning ministry to children at 9:15 and 10:45 a.m.
Children from birth through grade 5 will be registered at the Children's Ministry counter in the lobby. You will be asked to fill out a short form that gives us important information about your child. Please allow ten minutes for this one-time process.
Children will be given a number upon arrival to their classroom and parents are given the corresponding number. Children will not be released from the class without both of these tags matching at the end of the Sunday morning celebration. This procedure will give you peace of mind that your child is in a safe place while you are participating in the worship celebration.
Nurseries are a safe, fun environment for children younger than 36 months. Children will enjoy music, snacks, hearing a story and interaction with other children and adults. You will even be given a digital pager so our trained staff can reach you at a moment's notice.
Children ages 3 - K will have a combination of singing, play and making simple crafts. Your children will participate in a Bible story each week and usually receive a snack. Teaching teams will be creating faith memories for your children by using many innovative teaching techniques. You will find each room filled with leaders who consistently teach and model God's love.
Elementary children grades 1 - 5 enjoy spiritual formation with lively worship and interactive Bible stories shared in a variety of creative ways. Children grow in character, faith, and relationships with friends as they interact with caring adults who love God and others. Experiences are balanced between the classroom setting and multi-grade level worship. We also utilize a relevant discipleship curriculum for fourth and fifth graders.
Experienced teaching teams help children learn about God according to their needs. Teachers and parents work closely together to assure each child has an engaging experience in class.
