Join our Christ-Centered Fitness class. There is great relevance in refocusing our attention on Christ as the center of a healthy lifestyle while using exercise as the tool to do so.
This fitness course focuses on cardio/respiratory endurance, strength and flexibility.
Classes are offered on the following days and times:
Monday 6:30 am & 9:00 am
Wednesday 9:00 am
Friday 6:30 am
