Purpose

There is certainly tension between a need for a church to grow followers of Christ into a loving relationship with God (LOVING GOD) and reaching out to those who have not yet experienced the life Christ offers (LOVING OTHERS). Some would say that it's foolish to try to do both. We are choosing to be foolish because if God's churches get this right we will be unstoppable!

Jesus makes it very clear that LOVING OTHERS is an essential part of loving him. As we embrace the grace and truth of Jesus we are made whole and we begin to truly love ourselves. But this is not about "us". We are blessed to be a blessing. We are set free to offer freedom. For most of us, this half of the balance between LOVING GOD and LOVING OTHERS requires more intentionality because we are naturally motivated to take care of ourselves. But scripture is abundantly clear that this is the heart of God.

Through our LOVING GOD ministries we will provide opportunities for you in small and large ways to impact your world for Christ.
