Yoga

Spend time with God. Exercise. Experience Peace. Restore.  If any of these are on your New Year's Resolution list, join us this year as we embrace a "New Year, New Life, New You, Transform".

For the month of February we will be focusing our classes on growing in Trust.  Let the buzz word of 2010 and your heart be TRUST GOD MORE.

Christ-Centered Yoga Ministry connects people to Christ through yoga. The ministry serves 300 people weekly, with over 800 people enrolled in the nine classes that are offered six days each week. These classes are individually led by six instructors. Classes are available for people of all ability levels including: Gentle, Level 1, Level 1/2, Mixed Level, Slow Flow, and Advanced Flow. All classes facilitate physical worship of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through prayer, meditation on scripture, breath work, and yoga poses. To promote an atmosphere of worship, all classes incorporate thematic biblical messaging combined with contemporary worship and inspirational music. Here's what one participant shares:

"For many years I was against Yoga without really studying the history behind it. Now, I come regularly because I always hear from God and feel the peace of His presence during class. I love words being spoken, like a warrior for God in Warrior pose, a child of God in Child's pose, and several other postures. To break away from the business and come to a place to rejuvenate the body and mind is a blessing to our family." -Yoga Student, MPCC

You are cordially invited to connect, find peace within, and fully experience Christ-centered yoga. For more information, contact Elena Porter at .
