Allan Fuller Allan was born and raised in Edmonton, Canada. After meeting his wife in Kenya, Africa, he spent nine years at Vineyard Community Church in Cincinnati, OH. At the end of 2005, God called Allan, Tami and their three kids (Gordon, Martin and Lila) to Phoenix and Mountain Park.

Sal Cavarretta - Family Pastor

Sal Cavarretta Sal was raised in Boca Raton, Florida. In high school he met the love of his life, Giovana, and six years later in 1992 they were married. In 1994 they began "a great adventure" to serve Jesus Christ wherever He would desire them to be. They both are very passionate about building a bridge between the local church and the family.They have been blessed with three beautiful children; Tati, Jonathan and Cristina.

Juno Smalley - Discipleship Pastor

Juno Smalley Juno worked at Ford Motor Company (in MI), as well as on a college campus for almost 8 years, before he decided to attend seminary in his mid-30's. He is passionate about encouraging others to make a difference in the world God has placed them in. Born and raised in MI, Juno, Bonnie and McKenzie (their 14 year old daughter) moved to the Valley four years ago.

Hobby: Gardening - although its much more difficult in AZ than MI, he still enjoys perennial gardening, floating in the pool, and entertaining guests at home.

Mike Reynolds, Student Ministries Pastor

Mike Reynolds Mike has recently returned to the Phoenix area after living in Washington State for the past 10 years. He and his wife Kim have four amazing kids. Besides being a husband and dad, Mike is hopelessly addicted to the game of golf (playing it, watching it, talking about it, and reading about it). He is passionate about working with students and believes that they are not just the "church of tomorrow" they are "the church of today."

Greg Battle, Facilities and Sports Pastor

Greg Battle Greg has been part of MPCC from its early years. His call to ministry became evident during his football playing years as a spokesperson for Athletes in Action Canada. Greg, along with his lovely wife Anna and four boys Avory, Allante, Anders, and Adonis, are deeply committed to a Christian lifestyle and giving back to the community. Greg has been on staff at Mountain Park since 2003.

Jonathan Foster, Worship Pastor

Worship Pastor Jonathan has been in the valley for 12 years where he has helped plant two churches with his wife, Johnna and three children (Quincy, Shay and Evan). Jonathan would really like to be an Arizona Cardinals fan but is waiting one more year to decide. Karen Pfander, Missions Pastor

Karen Pfander Karen was born in and lived most of her life in California before moving to Arizona in 2002. She is the proud mother of four children and three awesome grandsons. Karen is extremely passionate about missions and is an avid reader.

David Swisher, Administrator

Dave Swisher Dave was born and raised in Troy, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University in 1965. He and Melanie were married in 1964 and have two married daughters and four grand children. Before working at Mountain Park he spent 18 years in the corporate world and 18 years as a partner in a printing business. He recommitted his life to Christ during a week of prayer at Mountain Park in 1993.
