God Invades: The Adventure turns deadly

Dangerous adventures sound like a lot of fun—like last week, we liked the idea of giving up our kingdoms for Jesus'. Just like with Joseph, as we keep going, the adventure turns deadly. God does not promise safety as we follow him. But he does promise that he will be with us if we would only pay attention to him. So how do we pay attention to an invisible and slippery God? God tries to get our attention everyday we are on this dangerous journey, but we have to learn to pay attention. When we recognize God is talking to us, we have to respond. If Joseph didn’t respond he’d be dead. This is a crazy and wild adventure, so we must pay attention to God.
