Lori joined the Mountain Park staff as the Outreach Director in the Spring of 2011. Just in case you were wondering, she is married to Marshall, our Worship Arts Pastor. Together they have two daughters, Presley and Reese.

Here are a few questions we asked to Lori.

Is it "you all" or "y'all" where you come from?
Y'ALL, of course!

How many stoplights in your home town?
ZERO - but we had one caution light!

Where/how did you meet your husband, Marshall?
I met Marshall in 2000 while working at Willow Creek Community Church (Chicago 'burbs). He was hired as a consultant for their music teams, and he tried to put the moves on me in the hall one day.

Pageants?
It wasn't a pageant!  It was a "scholarship program"!!!

What gets you fired up when it comes to spiritual things?
Learning how to fully experience the LIFE Jesus offers! The word LIFE is defined (from the Greek word "ZOE" in John 10:10) as "of the absolute fullness of life, real and genuine, active and vigorous, which belongs to God and is devoted to God, blessed, in the portion even in this world of those who put their trust in Christ, but after the resurrection to be consummated by new accessions, and to last for ever!"
