Marsh joined the Mountain Park staff at the start of the 2009 summer. He and his wife Lori, along with their two kids moved from Nashville, TN to Arizona to be a part of what God is doing at Mountain Park.

You're from Nashville and your daughter's name is Presley - what's up with that?
Lori and I are both southerners, and we chose the name because it has a ring to it. It has nothing whatsoever to do with Elvis. The funny thing is that if she were to be a boy, we were going to name her Jagar - again, the Rolling Stones were not responsible.

If you could be a guest star on any 80's tv show or guest musician in any 80's band, what would it be? Why?
As far as 80's TV goes, it would have to be Little House On The Prairie. I know that's not funny or sexy, but it's my favorite show of all time. I don't know what kind of person Michael Landon was, but Charles Ingalls rocked!!

When it comes to 80's bands - that's a tough decision, but I would have to land on TOTO. They were my all-time favorite over every other band for so long, that I got the TOTO dagger tattooed on my back. That's right.

What was the coolest thing about being in the Gaither Vocal Band for 5 years?
I could answer that question several different ways for several different reasons. But I'd have to say that one of the most wonderfully unique things about being in the GVB was the opportunity to speak to an older generation of folks. I can't think of too many instances where a crowd of 60 to 70 year old men and women would say "hey look, there's a kid with bleached out hair and an unshaven face - let's see what he's got to say."

Why the change from performer guy to worship pastor guy?
I guess the main reason is I want to invest in a local ministry - I dig getting to know folks, and grow relationships.
