BASECAMP

BIRTH - 5 YEARS

We consider it a privilege to care for your baby, toddler and preschooler. We meet every Sunday, gathering in safe and nurturing age-specific environments. Our goal is to partner with parents to introduce each child to God's family and to start a lifelong faith journey, with you as their guide. After spending time in Basecamp, our hope is that your child walks away with the understanding that God knows them, God loves them and God leads them.

We would love to see you and your family visit BASECAMP at Mountain Park Church this Sunday. Join the fun and experience a world where kids meet Jesus on their level!

WHAT WE VALUE

  • SAFETY

    SAFETY

Every child’s name tag is matched to a parent-identification number. Every volunteer is screened with an interview and federal background check.

  • AGE

    AGE

Our environments and lesson materials are created in a way your child will understand.

  • RELATIONSHIP

    RELATIONSHIP

Your child is developing important relational skills, and we are happy to be a part of their journey. We value children's relationships with each other and with their leaders. As families commit to attending the same service each week, children learn the safety that comes from familiar faces and then relationships begin to grow.

  • CREATIVITY

    CREATIVE BIBLE TEACHING

The Bible is the most amazing book ever written! We strive to bring its stories to life through activities and discussions that engage children. We want all children to experience God's word and apply it to their lives.

  • FUN

    FUN

Kids love fun! We realize that when children have fun at church, they can’t wait to come back. We value creating fun ways for children to learn about Jesus through games, activities, singing and storytelling.

first time

FIRST TIME HERE?

Look for the area designated for first-time families. We will meet your family, check your child into our database system, and one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

We will ask for the following personal information: family members' names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.

HOW DOES CHECK-IN WORK?

You may check in your child at any available station. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching tag. After the service, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

YOU ARE INVITED!
