Join us to chill
Perhaps we should say "welcome to the season of unending transitions!" Whether you are transitioning from high school to college or to the work force, from living at home to living on your own or staying at home with new independence, from being seen as your parent’s child to establishing your own adulthood, if you identify with this stage, this group is for you!
How can i get started?
Sundays at 7:00-8:30pm
Come meet us! We meet together on Sundays at 7:00-8:30 pm to build our community and understand how God’s Story intertwines with ours. During this time we might discuss the sermon, study a passage of scripture, share stories of our lives or bring in a expert on a specific topic that is relevant to our season of life. These meetings are always casual and open for anyone to come.
If you want to join us this week, and it will be your first time, let us know!
What if i want to be more involved?
Some team members only join us for Sunday nights. And that is just fine! However, in realizing our role, we believe it is important to serve and mentor those younger than us. For those who actually enjoy hanging out with children or students, we invite you to apply to become a small group leader. And for those who are more comfortable with serving behind the scenes, we would love to invite you to help with prepping materials. All of these opportunities happen on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 pm. However, 1823 College-age team meets at 5:00pm on Wednesday night for dinner at MPCC to discuss how to improve in the ways that we are serving and mentoring others.
