ADULTS | Impact 365 Launch Weekend with Dr. Mickey Stonier '26
January 22–24, 2026
IMPACT 365 is a discipleship and leadership training designed to equip believers with both biblical knowledge and practical ministry experience. Through a blend of biblical studies, spiritual formation, and real-life care and support opportunities, participants grow as servant leaders who impact lives every day of the year. The program also includes Saturday field trips and practicums that provide hands-on opportunities to serve in local ministries, outreach events, and community projects. This program is a pathway for mature Christians who feel called to step deeper into their faith, strengthen the church, and extend Christ’s love to the community.
Topics Include:
Care and Support Ministry Training
Hermeneutics: Understanding the Bible
Biblical Calling, Servant Leadership and the Church
Doing Church as a Team
Evangelism, Apologetics, and Outreach Ministries
Personal and Team Spiritual Formation
Church History, Doctrine, and Theology
Ministry Leadership Development
If you feel God is stirring your heart toward discipleship and leadership, IMPACT 365 may be your next step of faith. This ministry is about walking daily with Christ, equipping believers through biblical studies, and serving others with care and support. It’s more than a program — it’s a calling to live out your faith 365 days a year and make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
Pray & Discern – Seek God’s guidance about your calling to serve in discipleship, care, and support.
Complete the Application – Fill out and submit the IMPACT 365 online application.
Write Your Summary – Prepare a one-page statement of purpose, affirming your call and direction in ministry.
Secure Endorsement – Obtain a letter of recommendation from a Mountain Park Church pastor or ministry leader.
Interview & Orientation – Meet with church leadership to discuss your application and begin the discipleship journey.
To ensure every team member is fully prepared for discipleship and leadership, we strongly encourage applicants to complete the R.O.L.E. Class before beginning IMPACT 365. This foundational course equips you with the vision, values, and practices of Mountain Park Church, providing a strong base for your ministry journey. If you are unable to complete R.O.L.E. beforehand, a 90-day grace period will be given after IMPACT 365 begins, allowing time to fulfill this important requirement while you step into the program.
Please set aside at least 45 minutes to complete your IMPACT 365 application in one sitting, as the form does not save progress if you leave the page without completing it. To make the process smoother, we strongly recommend preparing a one-page summary of purpose (max 10 MB) and obtaining a letter of endorsement (max 10 MB) from a Mountain Park Church pastor or ministry leader. Documents can be sent later, after the application is complete, to shawnw@mountainpark.org.
The IMPACT 365 Discipleship is more than a program—it’s a year-round pathway of growth, equipping, and service. At our orientation, you’ll discover how IMPACT 365 blends biblical studies, spiritual formation, and hands-on ministry opportunities to develop mature, servant-hearted leaders.
This session will introduce the vision behind IMPACT 365, outline the journey ahead, and explain how participants are trained not only to deepen their faith but also to actively strengthen the church and extend Christ’s love to the community. Whether you sense a call to step further into leadership or simply want to impact lives every day of the year, orientation is your first step toward fulfilling the mission.
