About Us

Charlton Scullard is a Pastor, Speaker, and Life Coach. He has been in full-time ministry for over 25 years and has had the opportunity to preach all over the world. Originally from Port Elizabeth, South Africa, he immigrated to the US in 2000 with his wife, Cindy, to pursue God’s calling on his life. They have been married for 24 years and have a seven-year-old daughter named, Shay.

Charlton is passionate about people coming to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. He is a visionary and strategic leader who believes strongly in a ‘Servant-Leadership’ approach to ministry and passionate about creating a team culture that believes that everyone has a role to play in God’s story. Charlton has served as an Executive and Teaching Pastor in large church settings. He has experience in church growth, discipleship, small group models, and building dynamic Kids and Youth Ministries. Additionally, Charlton has overseen church campus plants, conferences, teaching teams, outreach, missionary projects, and church networks. He believes in the importance of discipleship and equipping of the ‘saints for the work of the ministry (Eph 4:11-12).
