Saying "yes" to Christ, means that we are turning away from ourselves and submitting every part of our lives to Jesus' loving leadership, trusting him to forgive us and transform us into who he wants us to be. Beyond head-knowledge or a fleeting emotional experience, receiving Jesus is a deliberate act of surrender to the God who made us and loves us.
